Jump yourself to fitness

Trampolines aren't just for kids any more  adults can get in on the fun too! Jumping, or rebounding, can help you reap a lot of health benefits, it also happens to be an easy and great way to keep yourself fit. By jumping 10 minutes a day, preferably on a small trampoline, your body will start working with it’s 6o trillion cells. When we jump, the gravitational pull pushes out the toxins in our body making us healthy and stronger, in our bones, muscles and immune system.

Your body has something called a lymph system. The thing with the lymph system is that you need to get it moving, it won’t move by itself. The lymph system bathes every cell, carrying nutrients to the cell and waste products away from them. Unlike our blood, which is pumped around by the heart, the lymph system is totally dependent on exercise to get it moving. Exercise, particularly rebounding, is said to increase lymph flow by 15 to 30 times.  If we don’t get the lymph moving, our cells are left stagnant. They will be starved of vital nutrients leading to a whole bunch of health problems including arthritis, cancer and other degenerative diseases. Here is a list of some other major benefits of jumping:
- Stabilizes your nervous system and releases serotonin combating depression and lowering stress levels.
- Reduces your body fats which is highly beneficial to diabetes.
- Prevent cardiovascular diseases by normalizing blood pressure.
- Increase activity of the red bone marrow in the production of red blood cells.
- Stimulate metabolism.
- Provides great relief from neck and back pains, headache and other pains.
- Aids in relaxation, digestion and improves sleep quality
- Relieves fatigue and menstrual discomfort for women.
- Minimizes the number of colds, allergies, digestive disturbances, and abdominal problems, all particularly common in the winter months.

There are some simple and fun ways to introduce jumping into your exercise routine. Like I mentioned above, you could purchase a small exercise trampoline, you could start jumping rope or you could even mix it up by going to a trampoline center like BounceINC where you can jump across multiple trampolines, even off walls! If you decide to by a little trampoline, they are a real handy size so you can jump in your living room, your office, or in your backyard. You can also buy portable re-bounders to use if you’re on the go a lot. Jump rope is a great cheap way to fit jumping into your day and probably one of the more fun activities that you can do at home to keep those lymph s going and keeping you healthy.
