Hard work can make you a successful person, but hard work only is not enough. There’s no point in discarding everything else in order to boost one’s career: though one can become more successful this way, they won’t be able to enjoy this success if their health is damaged.


The hardest workers usually forget about everything else while pursuing their goals: they have only a few hours of sleep a day, they eat rarely and their food isn’t always nutritious, they overuse various stimulants such as coffee and energy drinks, and so on. No wonder that this affects their body and mind badly and leads to chronicle diseases.
